 Firstly to put your mind at rest we use safe acids from plants and sugar so although they are very results driven they are safe and require little down time ...you can go back to work its our "Lunch Time Pick me up" . It is Not like Samatha from, "Sex in the City" you will look normal not blue or red  and your skin will not peel off ; in fact it sheads gently and in a skin safe manner . SO RELAX

Check out the condra-indication (those who can't for medical grounds) and if your not one of the few contra-indicators you can like most of us have a peel . If you want to quickly freshen your skin while supporting hydration and clarity in the skin this is for you. Chemical peel give real visible results and take about 30 minutes to perform.

DOES IT HURT 

No absolutely no it created a feeling of activity and heat but no more . 

PRE & AFTERCARE 

Use gentle products with minimal activity prior to treatment. Your Skin specialist  will write a home treatment guide for your use before and after the treatment.

• Do not shave or exfoliate the day of the treatment.

• Schedule waxing appointments 5-7 days prior to your treatment, 14 days for sensitive skin.

• Avoid sensitizing products with artificial fragrances, harsh preservatives and dyes.

• Drink plenty of water. Hydrated skin is healthy skin.

• Be prepared to use high quality PHYSICAL -NOT CHEMICAL SPF 30PLUS sun protection every day!

• This treatment is not appropriate for pregnant or nursing women, or those with specific allergies or contraindicated health conditions.

SKIN AFTER THE PEEL

 Days 1 & 2: Usually skin will feel very tight and dry, you may even start to get a bit flaky. Keep hydrated with a good moisturizer Hyluronic acid Vitalise is the best .

Days 3 plus : Your skin will feel  refreshed and look brighter and smoother 

Days 6 & 7: The skin should be revivalist and glowing .

SPF MUST BE WORN EVERY SINGLE DAY.

PRECARE 

No heat treatments before or after 

No aha's or retional for 3 days before or after 

AFTERCARE

Make sure you do not have any direct sun exposure. If you are going to be out in the sun make sure you are wearing a hat that will shade the face. SPF 30 is MANDATORY and to be applied daily regardless of time of year or weather.are not • No exfoliation for at least 10 days. Avoid products containing Alpha Hydroxy Acids for 7 days. Avoid products with artificial fragrance and dyes. Sensitive skin. what to know • A proper homecare regimen is highly recommended to receive the desired results

No Sunbead for a week

HOW MANY DO I NEED 

This depends on your skin problem or if you just want to freshen the skin up. If you just feel you have good skin but its a bit dull one peel should do . If you have a challenge like congestion, or large pores or fine lines a course of 4-6 is recommended.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS  

Absolute contraindications include the following:

  • Active bacterial, viral, fungal, or herpetic infection

  • Open wounds

  • History of drugs with photosensitizing potential

  • Preexisting inflammatory dermatoses (eg, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, pemphigus)

  • Facial cancers, especially facial melanoma

  • Uncooperative patient (patient is careless about sun exposure or application of medicine)

  • Patient with unrealistic expectations

  • Accutane(Roaccutane) use in previous Year 

  • Laser on area in previous 6 months 

  • Allergy to Asprin -not intolerance(to be allergic you would know and probably carry an epi pen. Peels are safe for asmathics etc .

  • For medium-depth and deep peels, history of abnormal scarring, keloids, atrophic skin, or isotretinoin use in the last 12 months
